王钦文研究员

    浙江省中青年学术带头人,宁波大学医学院副院长,优势学科负责人,荣华学者,上海交大医学院博导。本科毕业于兰州大学生物化学专业,华中科技大学同济医学院神经生物学专业获硕士学位。留学爱尔兰六年期间,在圣三一学院(Trinity College)获博士学位。研究兴趣为学习记忆的神经生物学机制,最近几年来一直专注于老年痴呆症的研究,在Aβ对突触可塑性调制方面进行了深入探讨。发现JNK,MAPK,CdK5等激酶系统参与Aβ对LTP抑制作用;比较了寡聚型与纤维型Aβ作用的异同;研究了小胶质细胞与TNFα、NO等炎性因子及氧化压力的作用;提出mGluR5及β肾上腺素受体参与Aβ的作用;在Aβ对突触可塑性调制研究中,发现Aβ不仅可以抑制LTP ,对LTD也有增强作用;还探讨NSAID, Memantine、Rosiglitazone等药物的可能治疗机理及作用。系列文章发表在《J Neuroscience》、《Neurobiology of aging》、《Brain》等国际著名学术期刊,如2004年发表在J Neuroscience的文章, 被编辑部作为当期重点文章(highlight),迄今引用已超过140余次。现主持国家自然科学基金两项、省市自然科学基金三项,钱江人才计划一项,国际合作一项,其他多项。主讲本科《生理学》、《神经生物学》,研究生《神经生物学》等课程。
